Application Deadlines

The BCRSP establishes deadlines by which applications and all supporting documentation and fees must be received by in order to be processed in time for the next examination writing window. However, submitting an application by the deadline does not guarantee eligibility for the next window should the application be deficient in documentation and information for the QRC and/or RSC to make a decision, or if the applicant is not qualified to proceed. Eligible to write a BCRSP Certification Examination?

BCRSP Examinations are written during pre-set writing windows throughout the calendar year. 

 All dates are subject to modification

• Once approved to write a BCRSP Examination, applicants have twelve months in which to sit the examination for the first time. Unsuccessful candidates may have up to two supplementary writings over the twelve month period following their first unsuccessful attempt. The one year supplementary writing period begins as of the failing of the first examination writing.
• Examinations are written via Computer Based Testing (CBT) and approved candidates self-schedule a date/time for the examination within the writing window (Monday-Friday) in which to take the exam at an approved testing centre.
• Candidates are sent an examination authorization email with scheduling information once they have been approved to write an examination.
• Please note that some travel, at the applicants expense, to a testing centre location may be required.
