Professional Conduct Complaints

The BCRSP has a process for complaints that is overseen by a Professional Conduct Committee.

Complaints must address alleged violations of the Code of Ethics & Professional Conduct using the Complaint Form to describe the allegations and attaching supporting documentation and sending to the Executive Director.  All complainants are required to review the Code of Ethics & Professional Conduct before submitting a complaint. Complainants may also telephone the Executive Director at 888-279-2777, 905-567-7198 Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 4:30 pm EST, with questions concerning the process.
