The Opportunity
The WCB is currently seeking Psychological Health & Safety Consultants to join our SAFE Work Manitoba team!
The Psychological Health & Safety (PHS) Consultant is responsible for developing and delivering organizational development processes, strategies, and projects that are directed at fostering a culture of psychological health and safety in workplaces. This position collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to develop strategic and operational initiatives that address psychosocial factors, foster resilience, and enhance organizational health. The PHS Consultant delivers expert guidance, training, and technical advice while maintaining a strong focus on innovation, stakeholder engagement, and best practices in PHS.
