The CRSP Examination is held three times a year in February, June and October over a 10 day window. The BCRSP has contracted with Pearson VUE to deliver its certification examinations by computer at their testing centres throughout Canada. The application process that will determine your eligibility to write the CRSP Examination revolves around deadlines that govern submission of applications.
Submission & Examination Dates
- Application Deadlines The BCRSP establishes deadlines by which applications and all supporting documentation and fees must be received by in order to be processed in time for the next examination writing window. However, submitting an application by the deadline does not guarantee eligibility for the next window should the application be deficient in documentation and information for the QRC and/or RSC to make a decision, or if the applicant is not qualified to proceed.
- CRSP Examination Dates Once approved to proceed to the examination, candidates have one year in which to sit the CRSP Examination for the first time. Unsuccessful candidates may have up to two supplementary writings over the one year period following their first unsuccessful attempt. With the implementation of Computer Based Testing (CBT), applicants will have a two week window (Monday-Friday) in which to take the exam at an approved testing centre. Applicants will be notified of designated centres and exam schedules once they have been approved to write the exam. Please note that some travel to a testing centre location may be required.
