Keynote Speaker - Shawn Kanungo

Strategy in a  World of Disruption

The way we thought about safety was formed by a set of ideas and practices about how things worked during the industrial era - linear, incremental and somewhat predictable. Today, the world is much more dynamic, exponential and unpredictable.

Disruptive innovation is forcing everyone to reimagine safety within their organizations. How will this impact employers and talent? How do we leverage emerging technologies? How will this impact the future of safety?

In this awe-inspiring talk, Shawn explores how we can no longer focus on just productivity, but rather, focus on being bold, brave and experimental. He also debates on how we balance speed with our desire for safety, stability and well-being.
